A great example of early seventies UK reggae. The rhythm is fast, but
it’s got touches of what was going on in Jamaica. Long intros and
complicated drum rolls. This was the style of the Now Generation band.
Originally released on a Third World label ‘RG’, with Count Shelly at
the controls, my guess is that this is the one and only Ranny Bop. But
it’s not only the production, it’s the vocals of Fermena. This is a song
well sung. One for lovers of the UK sound.
