Doris Willingham was a backing singer who later recorded under the name Doris Duke. Her 1968 single ‘You Can’t Do That’, a top notch Northern Soul groove, was the only song she released under her own name. On The flip is ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Mind’ from 1966 by Canadian artist Pat Hervey with the Tiaras. This is a smouldering soul tune - the original 7” of which was as rare as rocking horse... teeth.
